For the first two problems, use again a dataset downloaded from WDI as in the first assignment, but with a different list of indicators (GDP growth in annual %, the share of the population with access to electricity, and primary completion rate total as a % of relevant age group). Select all individual countries in the list again, for the year 2017. 
Problem #1— Basic data analysis in R 
Except for e), use R commands to answer the following questions: a) Use the describe() function to display basic descriptive statistics for each of the three indicators. b) Display the number of cases with a positive GDP growth for 2017. c) What is the country with the lowest share of its population with access to electricity? d) In 2017, how many countries had a primary completing rate above 95%? e) You may have noticed that several countries have a score for the primary completion rate that is above 100%. How is that possible? Be concise. 
Problem #2 — Bivariate analysis in R 
Except for questions e), h), and i), use R commands to answer the following questions: a) Before analyzing bivariate relationships, clean up the data: delete all rows in the data frame where data is not available for all three indicators. b) How many countries had a positive GDP growth AND a share of its population with access to electricity above 95%? 
c) How many countries had a positive GDP growth AND a primary completion rate above 95%? d) Display the correlation matrix for the three variables. e) What is the strongest bivariate relationship according to this table? State why. f) Recode the access to electricity variable into a dichotomous variable, where any value at or above 90% becomes "FULL" and any value below 90% becomes "PARTIAL". g) Conduct a t-test of statistical significance using GDP growth as the dependent variable and the recoded access to electricity (FULL vs. PARTIAL) as the independent variable. h) Is the relationship statistically significant? State why and be specific. i) What does this result allow us to claim? Be very concise and careful with the wording.
