The final aspect of this assignment is reflection paper written individually regarding your experience this semester. Part A - The Research Template (15%) and 1200 words for EACH student. This will be completed and uploaded onto Moodle in week 4.2. The completed research template will provide material to be used in the presentation. Part B - The Group Presentation (30%) will be delivered in weeks 6.1 and 6.2 and approximately 20 minutes long, each group member will present. Part C - Individual Written Assignment - (10%) the individual reflection paper is written report will be 1000 words in length and is due on the Monday of week 7. This paper will describe and discuss your emerging role as a leader/manager and how you have developed as a leader/manager this semester. You will explicitly draw on your experience in the group written assignment and presentation.
