Sonia is the owner of a furniture company. A contract was entered between Sonia and Dani. In this contract, it was agreed that Sonia will buy 10kg of cotton from Dani. This cotton is to be used by her to make a pillow for her furniture that was ordered by her customer. Sonia told Dani that he must deliver the cotton on or before 23 January. She stressed this date many times in their negotiation. Dani called Sonia that he can only deliver the cotton on 25 January, two days late from the agreed date. She told Dani that she does not want to buy the cotton anymore because she did not want to trust Dani anymore. Due to this problem, she is unable to deliver the furniture ordered by her client and suffer loss.

a. Dani sued Sonia for breach of contract. Advice Sonia whether she had breached the contract or not. (10)
