Focus on your career goals and broadly outline where you see yourself in 10 years’ time; what do you expect to be doing? 
Taking into consideration the learning and personal insights arising from the placement experience, describe any future action to aid your employability and career goal achievement. The Future Action Plan should also include an indication of whether you expect to have an ongoing relationship with the placement employer and/or if you have obtained a graduate role.

The goal of this evaluation is to highlight your progress in terms of personal and professional development during the placement and to suggest areas where you might find it valuable to focus attention in preparation for the next graduate recruitment period. It is designed to encourage you to reflect on your placement experience, particularly focusing on the things you did well and the areas you need to develop further. 
It is suggested that the student self-evaluation is completed before the supervisor’s evaluation. The student should show their self-evaluation to the supervisor and ask them to complete the comments section at the end. This helps to promote a discussion of student performance.

The host evaluation is completed on-line using a link which is forwarded directly to the supervisor by the student once the student self-evaluation is completed. When the supervisor has completed the host evaluation, it is automatically forwarded to the student (via email). The student will need to save the emailed host-evaluation results into a PDF. The completed host evaluation should be included in the appendix of the Reflective Report and referred to in that report.
