You need to apply the knowledge from this course in order to analyse and evaluate the company’s financial condition, particularly on matters related to company’s liquidity, profitability and asset managementratios (Refer to the assignment Rubrics).
The company’s 2-year financial statements must be attached to the assignment’s answer for reference purposes.

Select any TWO commercial banks in Malaysia. Based on the saving account interest rates offered by the banks, calculate the future value of an annuity of RM5,000 made every year for 10 years. Analyse and compare the effect of the interest rates offered by the banks on the total savings.
