Assume that you are working in a reputed management consultancy firm and a client came to you with an issue that they currently face in their company. The student requires selecting an appropriate organization where they currently face an issue such as labor turnover, customer satisfaction, quality issues, leadership issues etc. The client intention is to overcome the issue by identifying the major causes behind that. Client wants your consultancy firm to conduct a survey to identify the major reasons behind the problem. 

Your task is to conduct this survey on behalf of your client on a selected issue and communicate the result to him. Produce a formal report including following. (10 Marks)

1. Present the survey methodology which is going to be used by describing primary and secondary data collection methods, population, sampling frame and sampling method/s, sample size etc. Have proper justifications. As a part of your primary data collection plan you are required to conduct a survey with use of a questionnaire. (25 marks)

2. Design a complete, adequate, attractive questionnaire which is going to be used with above survey. Questionnaire should not be exceeded 15 questions (Minimum is 10). (20 marks)

3. Distribute the prepared questionnaire and analyze collected data to identify major reasons behind the problem. Use descriptive and inferential statistics for the analysis using SPSS. draw valid conclusions and recommendations for  the company (45 Marks )
