TASK In terms of Customer Service, my main role was to drive sales by providing exceptional customer service to achieve the store budgets as well as , handle customer feedback when necessary and provide solutions where possible. My responsibility was to ensure the stock was sold as per ticket price and process the stock accurately as per stock management guide ensuring all processes were followed and pricing aligned with State pricing guidelines. In this role, I also helped them to ensure all sales were processed through the cash register.
