Q1: Excel – Formulas & Projections (5 marks)
Requirements: Using data of four Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth) on the sheet named “Table 1”, use appropriate formulas to show the following:

1. Total and Average figures for each year.
2. Work out the Total Average figures (inclusive of GST 10%) for each year.
3. Fill in projection for 2021 which has 12% increase from previous year. You need to use formula to fill in the columns.
4. Fill in the total, average and plus GST for projection 2021.
5. Copy (or duplicate) the Table 1; to change contents from currency $ to numerical (i.e. numbers without decimal places)

Q2: Excel - Pie Chart (5 marks)
 

Requirements:
1. Create a pie chart for data of 5 Melbourne suburbs from “Table 2”. The chart should be on the same spreadsheet as the data. (Choose the any pie chart format from Excel which you like or think most suitable to present such information.)
2. Give the chart an appropriate title.
3. The legend should be on the left hand side of the chart.
4. The pie chart should have data labels which should be in percentages (%).
5. Move the pie chart segment with the highest percentage so that it is separated from the rest of the pie chart.
6. Write a brief narrative or description for the chart.

Q3: Excel – Pivot Tables (5 marks)
Requirements: Using data on sheet called “Table 3”,
1. Use VLOOKUP formula to automatically fill in the unit price of the products, which is included in the Price List (by products).
2. Use appropriate formula for total column in Sales Tables
3. Create a pivot table that looks like the table below (the order of region and product does not matter).
