1. Design a Logical Entity relationship Diagram to represent the data requirements of the business as described below. 
a. Develop the diagram in Visio 2016.
b. Document all business rules and assumptions in a MS Word document.
c. The diagrams should not include derived attributes, multi-valued attributes, or Many to Many Relationships.

McMillan IT is an Information Technology consulting company that provides Software and Networking consulting services. They develop new software applications and Networks and modify existing software applications and networks.

You will also need to make some assumptions about the business rules. Document any assumptions you make.
The general manager of the company is Geoff McMillan. Geoff established the company which is based in Russell St, Melbourne and George St, Sydney 15 Years ago. The company employs 23 permanent consultants and also engages many contractors for specific projects. Many staff and contractors work from home or out on the client’s site.

The company is aiming to significantly expand their business in the near future to include new branches in Adelaide, Perth, & Brisbane. They intend to have the new branches in place in 9 months’ time. 
The company has the following staff

• Geoff McMillan (General Manager)
• Project managers (Wendy Smithers, James Conroy, Ian Wilson)
• Systems Analysts (Hernando Fernandez, Pauline James, Peter Jones)
• Network Designers (4 full time staff)
• Programmers (3 Full time staff)
• Other staff are casual or contractors

The system will require the following reports.
• Project Details and skills required
• Project Staffing
• Staff details and Staff Skills
• Client Details 

The database will need to record details about the following:
1. Projects, including the skills required
Project information will include a project number, project description, the name of the project manager, start date, expected finish date, budget, the cost to date of the project, tracking statement which will be a couple of paragraphs that describes how the project is progressing, and the project client.
The database will also need to record information about what type of skills the project requires for successful completion of the project and the number of people needed with each type of skill. An example of skill information that needs to be recorded in the database would be as follows. The skill would have a skill ID, a skill name, and a skill description. One such skill name might be Java programming, and the skill description would list the range of activities the Java programmer would need to be able to undertake. Each project would require the application of many skills.
2. Staff and the skills they possess
The staff are referred to as consultants and the database will need to record the consultants first and last name, their home phone number and mobile number, e-mail address, the date they commenced with the company, the date of birth, street address, suburb, and post code. The database would also need to keep track all the skills that each staff member possesses this information would include the type of skills such as Java programming but also a level of skill such as ‘intermediate’ or ‘expert’. Each staff member could possess many such skills.
3. Client details
Various companies engage the services of McMillan IT and the database will need to keep track of client details. These will include the company name, street address, suburb, and postcode; companies phone, the name of contact person for the project, that person's position in the company, and a phone number and e-mail address for contact person. Each company must also provide some contact details for deputy who can make decisions about projects if required. So the database needs to keep track all the name of the deputy to contact, their phone number and e-mail address.
4. Staffing of projects
Each project would require many consultants and a wide range of skills. The database must keep track of which consultant is the project manager and which other consultants are part of a project team. Information would be kept of their consultants work on the project would include the date they were assigned to the project, the date they completed their work on the project, the amount of hours they spent working on the project and the role they played on the project (for instance “Systems Analyst”, “Network Engineer” or “Programmer:
