Project Description  
The project involves the analysis and design of an existing or a new information system. It should be  an optimal blend of both technical and non-technical elements of systems. The project should also  address a real-life situation and be implemental. The objective is to experientially examine real-world  problems that require real-world solutions. 
In this project, you are supposed to be the systems analyst charged with developing an existing or a new  system for a business organization of your choice. This organization can be any entity that needs to  process and store data such bank, hospital, school, university, insurance, rentals, shopping center, travel  agency, etc. You can also use traditional firms if you can get the requisite permission from the appropriate  people. The most important thing is to be able to provide you with the data to complete your project.  Your project should also document the information system requirements using text and models of the  future system. The models should follow the Structural and/or UML Object-Oriented approaches. 

Task 1: Problem Statement 
Provide a general description of the system by including the current and potential information system  problems, the purpose and scope of the system. 

Task 2: Process Model 
Suggest a convenient process model to be used as a framework for the purpose of your system  development. Justify the selection of this process model. 

Task 3: System Requirements 
Develop a requirements definition for your system including both functional and non-functional  requirements. 

Task 4: Structural and OO Modeling 
Identify any new processes, data, and data flows for the new system. Your new model should be able  to eliminate (at least partially) the problems that you had identified in the current system. Prepare the  new logical model that includes: 
• Class Diagram 
• Use-Case Diagram 
• Sequence Diagram 
• Activity Diagram 
• Component Diagram 
• State Diagram 

Task 5: Formatting the report 
Your report should include the following. 
• Cover page. 
• Table of contents 
• References 
• Page number
