Once your Group is formed you need to swap your individual results with all group members for :
1. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) from Module 2
2. Top 5 Gallup Talents from Module 3, including the Leadership Domains
3. Do a Hofstede Country Comparison analysis using the group member’s countries of origin or identity from Module 1.2 See https://www.hofstede-insights.com/country-comparison/
4. Name any Employability or VUCA skills that you identified in Module 4 You will need to include these group results for all members in your own Assessment 4 report.
Part B: Analysing Your Team BIZ102 results
a. Using information from Part A, discuss your results and why you think this group of students has the potential to form an effective work group.
b. Using information from Part A, discuss your results and anticipate possible reasons that the group will not work effectively or have potential areas of conflict
Part C: Team-Building (Group) –
5. As a group, design or choose a 25 - 30 minute team- building activity designed to increase the effectiveness of the team. In your report you will have to explain why you
think this activity will be effective for team building.
6. Remember that this is a team building activity – not a “getting to know you” session. An ice-breaker session can be conducted prior to this team activity.
7. Conduct the team-building activity as a group, documenting the experience using video or moving screen-capture technology, such as Zoom. All team member faces and names need to be visible.
