3. Conduct a take-off of the roofing for Building 1 (North) and Building 2 (South). The specification is as follows:
1. Metal roof sheeting; Colorbond; Custom Orb 'Monument'
2. CSR sarking, lapped and fixed per the manufacturer's instructions
3. Safety mesh, lapped and fixed per the manufacturer's instructions
4. 'Anticon 60' foil-faced insulation, lapped and fixed per the manufacturer's instructions
