Your organization has won a contract to build a Library Block in a school. As an Estimator working for the Contractor, the Project Manager has asked you to create a report that includes all trade breakdowns required for the work. To prepare the report, you need to refer to the set of working drawings provided in Appendix A. The purpose of this report is to use it later for the preparation of a comprehensive Bill of Quantity (BoQ). In addition, the Project Manager has emphasized the importance of mapping all identified trades in accordance with the Australian and New Zealand Standard Method of Measurement (ASMM).
