ASSESSMENT 2 DETAILS: PRESENTATION OF JOURNAL ENTRIES

In this assessment, you are to individually present a summary of your own reflective journal that you have been recording over at least 3 weeks. In the reflective journal you need to record what you are feeling either highly motivated to achieve something; or not motivated to get moving (substantiate with theories & practices you experienced) or unable to take action, linking the experiences of high and low action or motivation to thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at these times.
You must provide supporting evidence to link theories to real-practice and experiences. A copy of the journal (referenced and supported as evidence-based) must be handed in to your lecturer on the day of your presentation. You also need to hand-in your powerpoint slides which are also referenced and supported with theories from particularly chapters: 1,2,3,4 of Griffin, et al. 2017 and other suitable journal articles.

Your presentation should explain your motivation levels based on your journal entries which discusses relevant motivational theories/models that has helped you to understand your motivational levels throughout these three weeks as highlights of your experiences.
