Literature Review Assignment:

Task: This is an individual assignment of 2000 words. It is divided into 2 parts. It is recommended that you do 1000 words for Part A and 1000 words for Part B. The word count does not include references, cover page or any figures or tables of content. Part A Literature Review The assignment does not have a specific format to follow. The format of the report is entirely your choice, but a suggestion that you may consider for the headings could include:

1. Introduction
2. Literature Review (Part A)
3. Find 10 references covering your topic
4. Summarise each of the references that you selected in about 4-5 sentences. You need to have a total of around 1000 words of this review.

Critique of the Literature (Part B) This part of the assignment requires you to critique the references that you cited in Part A. To critique something is to test it, question it, agree or disagree with it and state why. You can use any method you prefer to critique the 10 papers, but may wish to consider the headings below.

7. Your own opinion
8. End with a conclusion
