A. Executive summary that provides a brief summary of the report and the key findings that emerged from your analysis in regards to project planning.
B. Introduction about how you go to intend about project planning with global awareness.

C. Project scheduling including but not limited to Gantt chart; Critical path diagram.

D. Project budgeting including but not limited to Resources table; Project budget.

E. Project quality planning including but not limited to Quality planning; objectives; processes.

F. Leading and managing Project team including but not limited to Management style; decision- making.

G. Project communications including but not limited to Communications plan.

1. Your report should include the following:

• The report should have a consistent, professional, and well-organised appearance. The word limit to create the report is 1800 words.

• Students are required to submit the range of documents mentioned in the Assignment Task along with all the appropriate Microsoft Project files.

• The cover page must identify student’s(name and ID),teaching staff, and the assignment title.

• Reference sources (IEEE style) must be cited in the text of the report, and listed appropriately at the end in a reference list.
