Introduction:
Socio-technical Systems Design incorporates technical, social, human and organizational factors while designing organizational systems. The principal aim is to understand the complex relationship among the human/users, technical processes and business goals.

1. As a part of understanding the customer’s requirement for an effective Socio-technical System Design, critique on the needs of the customer based on the case study. In your analysis, elaborate on the technical and the non-technical needs. For example, technical needs can be related to the effectiveness of dual sim technology whereas non-technical needs can be effective communication that could completely change the method of communications etc.

2. Identify and justify the design challenges. You could use bullet points whenever necessary. Also, you could include use cases to justify the identified points.
