• ­Anthropometric measurements: Electronic weighing scales, Stadiometer, Tape measure and Bioelectrical impedance machine and skinfold calipers
• ­Questionnaires: The General Practice Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPPAQ) and 24-hours dietary recall
• ­Ethics: The Body Composition Practical Research Project was approved by University of Roehampton Ethics Committee

Limitations
