Brianne beckoned her colleague, Tyrion, and they gave chase in a patrol car through the city centre. Tyrion is unfamiliar with the centre of Westeros and, on taking a wrong turn, crashed into Dani, who was waiting at a junction. Dani is unhurt and her car suffered only minor damage. Brianne continues on foot and, as she reaches Jon (who has given up the chase), she collides with Ayra, a member of the general public waiting to cross the road. Ayra is not heavily injured but has a small head wound and neck pain so Brianne calls for a Paramedic and a team is dispatched including Dr Jamie Lannister. Unfortunately Jamie has just collected a large pizza so does not respond to the call until after he has eaten. On attending to Arya, Jamie carries out cursory observations and proceeds to load her into the Ambulance without securing her upper body in a brace. On the journey to the Hospital the ambulance drives over a speedbump. Ayra's trolley moves and what was a previously unknown hair-line fracture develops into an unstable vertebral fracture. Ayra is now confined to a wheelchair. The crash and ensuing road blocks stop all traffic getting into or out of Westeros. The subsequent delays cause Samuel to miss the only daily ferry to King's Landing resulting in him missing the opportunity to sell his highly-sought after bespoke iron art. He expected to amass sales of £10,000. Advise all relevant parties on their potential claims and liabilities in negligence.
