Research the background for this deal and write a business report assessing the international expansion opportunity in Brazil using appropriate models (i.e., Porter’s Diamond, Regional Economic Integration, and Entry Mode). Additionally, discuss how the company probably have used John Dunning’s Eclectic Paradigm to show whether or not FDI is justified in this instance.  The report will require substantial research on the county and companies and should provide clear recommendations on how to make the implementation of the deal and ongoing working relationship effective.  In essence, you should write this report as if you were the person in charge of this deal, presenting it to Pfizer top management.
