Question: Assume that you are an international-business consultant to Organic Bean, a small (fictional) Australian firm which produces organically grown coffee. The firm already supplies small amounts of their product to specialty coffee outlets in the U.S. but would like to explore opportunities in Asia. Your task is to analyse the political, economic, and business environments, including the market potential, of Japan and South Korea. You will also develop a weighted index.
