Part 1: Awesome Landscapes
Awesome Landscapes understands the benefits of conducting regular performance reviews and has good management processes in place to ensure these reviews occur. You are currently filling in for Odette Guernon, who is on long service leave. Odette is the Administration Manager but also oversees many of the HR matters within the organisation.

Alicia Brewer, one of the site supervisors, has just held a performance review meeting with Owen Greenham, one of the Landscapers. Alicia has rated Owen as underperforming and Owen disagrees with this outcome.

He refuses to sign the appraisal form. You have been asked to resolve the situation. Refer to Awesome Landscapes’ policies and procedures related to handling this kind of situation.

Based on your responses in Task 1.1, send a response letter to Alice advising her on how to resolve the situation. Specifically, your email must include the following:
a. An outline of the Performance Management procedures that Alice was not able to observe or follow.
