Report Writing Your CEO has requested that you develop a Demographic Report for Citistores’ current workforce. To analyse the demographics of Citistores existing workforce you will need to review and manipulate the data in the staff database for Perth (located in the ‘Employee Management’ section of the Citistores Business Documents folder, on Blackboard).The demographic analysis should include information on the following: a) Company structure (as reflected in the organisational chart) – include your written details on Citistores’ strengths and weaknesses in supporting the planned growth in the organisation, with reference to this structure, in your analysis b) Employee headcount (Perth only) – include details of excesses or shortages in the current workforce numbers c) Projected staffing numbers for the new stores – related to planned growth in the organisation – this may be presented in a table format d) Position titles e) Departments f) Employment types g) Diversity statistics including: i. gender ii. age iii. family status / dependents iv. disability v. cultural or linguistic background h) Qualification levels i) Remuneration levels j) Retention figures and staff turnover trends k) Sick leave taken l) Current leave balances owing Each set of data must be presented in appropriate graphic format and include a brief analysis to highlight the trend and impact that the information has when considering workforce planning objectives for Citistores.
