Refer to Sections 5 and 8 of the Project Brief to help you find the information required to complete the structure.
The section should be no more than 50 words and should be presented as a diagram.

Part C – Responsibility/accountability matrix
Prepare a matrix that shows the specific allocation of responsibilities and accountabilities for a phase of the project (use the same phase or project as Part A).
This should include an explanation of:
