Case study 
Robyn is a Marketing Manager of a private education college. She has been a Marketing Manager for the last 15 years. Things are different now from when she started in marketing and sales. Companies are much more innovative these days and technology is at the forefront of most innovations. Her new marketing officers are constantly providing feedback about what the industry is doing, she always listens to them and tries to implement their new ideas to keep above other competitors. 

As a manager she must understand laws, legislations, regulations and any codes of conduct to ensure that she knows the appropriate compliance is covered prior to implementing anything new into the college. Her job is to protect the college, its staff and students and must ensure that the college is always compliant.
