2.  To gather ideas, research what major companies are doing to manage diversity. Large companies such as the major banks (Westpac, ANZ and Commonwealth), BHP, PepsiCo, etc., tend to have information on their websites. Also, use the research gathered throughout the unit, as directed in the ‘Extend your learning’ activities.
