Assessment Task Part B: Project and Role-play 

Task One  

You must review the BizOps Organisational Operational Plan and Business Plan and:
a) List the policies and procedures required to ensure robust and legislatively compliant recruitment, selection and induction policy. 
b) Explain the objective of each policy and procedure you have listed by writing a detailed report. 
 
Task Two

After identifying the list of policies in the previous task, you must review the existing BizOps Recruitment and Selection Policy and Procedures and develop as a new policy for recruitment, selection and induction policies and procedures and complete the following:  
a) Update it to reflect relevant and current legislation and best practice.  
b) Develop and add an Induction Policy and Procedure for all new employees.  Ensure you reference relevant legislation in your policy. The new BizOps Recruitment, Selection and Induction Policy and Procedures must include:

Current feedback in BizOps operations highlights the following issues faced during the recruitment selection and induction process: 
• Current advertising media vehicles have not provided sufficient candidates for advertised positions. 
• In this task, you are required to explore options for using technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process at BizOps Enterprises. You are required to submit a detailed report named ‘Technology for recruitment and selection process’ by explaining and providing examples of how technology can be used to facilitate the following: 
a) Attracting quality candidates
