This workplace project requires you to develop, implement and report on a strategic human resource plan for your organisation. If your organisation already has a human resource strategic plan then review this plan. Your human resources plan should include:
a. An analysis of your organisation’s strategic plan. Highlight how the strategic plan will determine human resource strategic direction, objectives and targets.
b. Undertake environmental analysis to identify emerging practices and trends which may impact on your organisation.
c. Future labour needs identified in terms of numbers, skill requirements and options for sourcing those needs (e.g. the number, type, competency and quality of labour).
d. In light of system changes or the introduction of new technology, discuss how work will be reorganised or jobs redesigned.

Discuss your organisation’s human resource philosophy, values and policies (the stated position of your organisation regarding the way it treats and values its human resources).
