Part A 
Research and design an innovation practice that could be implemented in your workplace or Superior Implements that meets the requirements of the executive team.  
Develop a formal policy and procedure for at least one innovation of any type (product, process, marketing, organizational) that you are recommending that supports the strategic plan of the organization and the implementation of a culture of innovation.  
You will be required to communicate this policy and procedure to employees in the following activity

Part B 
Create a presentation (i.e. PowerPoint) for employees to provide an overview of your proposed innovative practice that will support the culture of innovation in their workplace.  
You must then deliver the presentation to a group of employees (minimum 3) in a workplace or simulated workplace environment (such as the classroom) for evidence.  
Following your presentation, there will be a question and answer session. You will need to respond to the questions, and be open to critical analysis of your ideas. 
The presentation can be done in the classroom and will be observed by the assessor/facilitator. The assessor/facilitator will organize time, location, and facilities.  
For students who do not have access to classrooms, a video can be submitted. Students will need to find suitable role-play participants and organize time, location, and facilities. Your video must be submitted as part of this assessment.  
 
Part C 
As the Manager/ Leader in the workplace, you are to chair/lead a meeting with your team (minimum 3) and obtain feedback in regards to your proposed innovative practice. You really want to specifically get their feedback on the design of the workspace that you suggested in your presentation that will support the culture of innovation in their workplace. 
You must prepare a meeting plan or agenda prior to the meeting and construct a report or action plan on the outcomes of the meeting, inclusive of any innovation activities identified. 
The meeting can be done in the classroom and will be observed by the assessor/facilitator. The assessor/facilitator will nominate the teams and will organize time, location, and facilities.  
For students who do not have access to classrooms, a video can be submitted. Students will need to find suitable role-play participants and organize time, location, and facilities. Your video must be submitted as part of this assessment.  
You are the person being assessed, and assessment is based on your capacity to meet the criteria as identified.

The executive team has identified the need to include staff participation and engagement to drive the innovation culture. This will require the application of change management strategies to support its success, across all workplace levels.
