1. The Purchase Price for the Vehicle shall be paid to the Seller upon delivery of the Vehicle to the Purchaser by the Seller together with all registration and other documents relating to the Vehicle. The Seller specifically undertakes to sign all necessary documents to enable registration of the Vehicle to be effected in the name of the Purchaser.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 1, where payment of the Purchase Price is made by way of a cheque, title in and to the Vehicle shall only pass to the Purchaser on such cheque being paid in full on presentation.

3. In the event of the cheque referred to in clause 2 above not being paid the Purchaser shall upon demand by the Seller return the Vehicle, at the Purchaser's cost, immediately to the Seller and the Purchaser shall be further liable to reimburse the Seller for any damage to the Vehicle, together with all costs incurred by the Seller relating to the sale of the Vehicle to the Purchaser.

4. The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that in purchasing the Vehicle :

it has relied upon its own investigations;

except as provided for by law, no undertakings or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, are given in relation to the Vehicle; and the Vehicle is being sold in its present condition together with such accessories as are included in the vehicle, and it has been inspected by the Purchaser on the Purchase Date.
