5. Develop a work allocation table according to your work plan considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness and outcome desired and confirm performance standards, code of conduct and work outputs required.
6. Develop performance indicators for the team and individuals and document performance in accordance with the performance management system.
7. Identify people's performance management risks and conduct a risk analysis.
8. Design a performance management and review process for your team in accordance with the organization's performance management policy.
9. Develop a training plan to train your team on the performance management review process.
10. Develop a plan to conduct performance management for your team and to monitor and evaluate performance for the next financial year.
Part B
Your tasks
1. Undertake a formal structured feedback session. Also, provide informal feedback to your staff as required
2. Advice on their poor performance and suggest actions to be taken
3. Provide on-the-job coaching to improve performance and appreciate and commend on excellence in performance
4. Discuss performance improvement plans
5. Seek assistance from human resource specialists
6. Recognize and reward excellence in performance.
7. Establish your monitoring performance and coach individuals with poor performance.
8. Provide support services where necessary
9. Explain your disciplinary process where individuals continue to perform below average.
10. Apply termination procedures to staff who continue to perform poorly and those who engage in serious misconduct. keep records and documentation in accordance with the organizational performance management system.
