For this task, you have to consider an organisation of your choice. This can be an imaginary organisation or one where you have worked earlier or are currently working. After selecting the organisation, you have to participate in a role play and play the role of a manager to facilitate continuous improvement in a simulated business environment. Your assessor and other students will play the role of different stakeholders in the organisation. The role play must be conducted for a minimum of 15 minutes. During the role play, you will be observed to do the following: 1. Discuss the need of continuous improvement in the organisation. 
2. Consult with the stakeholders and discuss the strategies to promote continuous improvement by simultaneously encouraging them to take responsibility and initiative. 
3. Discuss the systems that can be used to communicate the connnuous improvement processes to the stakeholders within and external to the stakeholders. 
4. Review and discuss the current and proposed continuous improvement process in terms of meeting sustainability requirements. 
5. Examine various mentoring and coaching processes to support continuous improvement process. 6. Explore different ways to monitor and improve planning and operations in the organisation. ASSESSOR INSTRUCTIONS: 
You have to simulate a business environment and organise a role play by making a group of students. Each group should have 5 to 6 students. They should be allocated the role of different stakeholders with each student getting the opportunity to act as a manager and suggest on the facilitation of continuous improvement in their chosen organisation. The role play must be conducted for a minimum of 15 minutes. 
You have to observe all the students acting as managers discussing the aforementioned points and provide verbal feedback.
