Max Lionel Realty (MLR) was founded in 2008 by property developer Max Lionel. The company currently employs approximately 50 people, 40 of whom are a licensed real estate agents. 

It is MLR’s vision to establish, within five years, the MLR brand - the highest ethical standards with best-in-breed performance for clients. However, in recent times, the organisation has not been achieving their targets, and there has been increased absenteeism. 

The Operations Manager, Kim Sweeney, has engaged your services, as an Organisation Development Consultant, to assist them with developing their organisation’s culture in the right direction towards their vision.

From initial discussions with Kim, you gather that the culture differs between departments, and is largely dependent on the manager’s areas of expertise, interests, values and skills. The Commercial Realty team is the highest performing team. The agents place a great emphasis on establishing and maintaining client relationships, and working together as a team, and have the lowest number of absenteeism, and customer complaints.
