This report is about simulated the business plan of café and restaurant business called ‘The Water Tower’. This report tells the skills of analysing business plans, how the company implement the proposed business plan as well as communicating with all relevant stakeholders.

The seat turnover is expected to be 2.5 per 155 seat dining room with average bill at $12.54. We target a net profit of 14% at minimum. We aim to growth through cash flow.
