Case Study Read the scenario in the provided case study covering the Albright College Management System project.  Alternatively, you are able to use your own project provided prior approval has been given by your trainer/assessor at Albright Institute. 
 
Task 2.1 Work Breakdown Structure Instructions 1. Read and analyse the case study information (in the Business Information Pack provided separately). 2. Use the information provided to develop a Work Breakdown Structure for the project. A template has been provided for your reference on the next page. 
 
Task 2.2 Resource Allocation Instructions 1.   Read and analyse the case study information (in the Business Information Pack provided separately). 2.   Use the information provided to develop an estimate of your resource requirements for your detailed tasks.  Use the provided template to allocate the required resources against each task in sufficient detail to be able to clearly show who is responsible for each project deliverable. 
 
Task 2.3 Develop a schedule for the project Instructions 1.   Read and analyse the case study information (in the Business Information Pack provided separately). 2.   Use the information provided to develop a schedule for the project using appropriate software in order to be able to show the duration and effort for each task of the project as well as task sequences and dependencies. It is recommended that you use a Gantt chart for this task, however you may choose another scheduling tool if you have access to the available software.
