Task 1: Research task on identifying project management structure
This task is a written task to demonstrate your ability in identifying governance requirements. Based on your selected project, respond to the following questions.

1.Review Activity 1.1 and determine organisational governance policies, procedures and expectations of project stakeholders. 


2.Review Activity 1.2 for clear and discrete project governance roles and responsibilities to be negotiated with relevant authorities.


3.Review Activity 1.3 for delegated authorities to establish for project decision-making. 


4.Review Activity 1.4 for differences between the organisation’s functional authorities and project authorities. 


5.Review Activity 1.5 and document key elements of unambiguous governance plan for communication to relevant stakeholders for adoption. 


Task 2: Research task on applying project governance policies and procedures 

1.Review Activity 2.1 for information to be distributed and presented on governance planning to project team and other relevant stakeholders and ensure common understanding. 

2.Review Activity 2.2 on delegated authorities within role and project position descriptions. 


3.Review Activity 2.3 on conflicts to be moderated regarding roles, responsibilities and authorities to support achievement of project objectives. 


4.Review Activity 2.4 on regular reporting to the organisation and project authorities on performance and issues arising from governance arrangements. 


Task 3: Research task on monitoring and reviewing project governance

1.Review Activity 3.1 to analyse and review project governance impact on achieving project objectives. 


2.Review Activity 3.2 and document lessons learned and recommendations to assist future projects.
