Overview
The goal of this assessment is to assess your practical knowledge and skills in:
- Planning human resources relevant to projects
- Implementing project personnel training and development
- Leading project teams
- Finalising human resource activities related to projects
Plan Training and Development
- Create a training plan and a development plan for each member of the project team.
- Use your organisation’s template for training and development plans.
You will be assessed on:
- Practical knowledge relevant to training and development
- Practical skills relevant to planning training and development for project teams

This form lists the criteria your submissions must address to complete this task satisfactorily. Your assessor will complete one assessor’s checklist per project team member.

Communicate Project Role Descriptions
While being observed by your assessor, facilitate a meeting and inform the project team of their role descriptions.

Disband Project Team
- While being observed by your assessor, disband the project team.
- You will be assessed on:
- Practical knowledge relevant to procedures relevant to project closure
- Practical skills relevant to disbanding project teams
