Consider you are in the planning phase of your project’s life cycle to provide a context to address this task.

Consult with your project team members and stakeholders to assist you to create a Risk Management Plan for your project.  Either use the template provided or your organisation’s equivalent document.

The provided template contains guiding instructions, written in blue text, that are only there as an aid to assist you in planning your text.  Therefore, this text cannot be used in your plan and must be replaced with your own text relevant to your project.  Delete all blue template prompts prior to finalising the Plan.  Save the Plan in black font.

2. Identify Risks

Lead an informal meeting with project team members and stakeholders to gather their input on project risks.

• Use two of the risk identification methods you nominated in your Risk Management Plan to identify risks that will potentially impact your project.

• Describe how each risk may impact the project.
