Assessment task overview:
This assessment task involves you managing a major ‘program’ within an organisation of your choice. A ‘program’ is defined as a major project that consists of multiple projects (at least two projects) that are running at the same time. You will be required to manage the program from its inception to at least 50% completion. During this time, you will undertake several tasks, which have been divided into different parts of this assessment task (below).Before you can commence this assessment task you will need to engage an organisation for which you can manage, or participate in the management of, a program. As a first option, you should engage the AIS Business College or the AIS Beauty Salon and identify if you can be involved in any projects running within those businesses. Alternatively, you can select another organisation provided all the criteria of the assessment are addressed.
Part A: Meeting with Project Stakeholders.
For this part of the assessment task, you will need to meet with the key organisational stakeholders to gather information about a project and determine:

Part E: Respond to and Communicate Project Changes.
For this part of the assessment task, you will need to review the progress of the project against the project evaluation criteria and identify changes that need to be made to the project to ensure it achieves its objectives.
