Part of this assessment involves you actively engaging with the various stakeholders listed in the case study to identify their needs. 

Specifically, you will need to: 

• Read the case study located in Appendix A.

• Conduct an analysis of each of the stakeholders listed in the case study using one of the following stakeholder analysis models:

  • Stakeholder Interest/Power Matrix

  • Deloitte’s two-dimension influence/impact matrix. 

• Based on the findings of your analysis, develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan using the template located in Appendix B. 

• Have your trainer/assessor review your Stakeholder Engagement Plan and provide you with feedback.

Part B                                                                                                                         

For this part of the assessment task you need to answer a series of questions relating to your Stakeholder Engagement Plan. 

Specifically, you will need to: 

• Read the case study outlined in Appendix A and answer the following questions. 

1. Considering the Stakeholder Engagement Plan you developed for Part A of this assessment task, describe three possible risks of the plan. For example, consider the following questions:

• What would happen if some or all the stakeholders do not engage with you as outlined in your plan?

• What if the goals of the project change? How might that impact your plan?
