In order to collect information we can conduct interviews, online surveys, focus groups, records etc and in order to assess the information we can check for the completeness of the information, accuracy, and examine the information like citations, quotations etc.
To assess reliability and validity we can do data analysis and check if the data works in real world and check with different samples if the result appears to be same all the time then it is said to be reliable.
