Background: The Managing Director of Rompers is Rhonda Smith who is a very experienced fashion designer with a wide network of contacts in the fashion and retail industries. She has also built up a comprehensive distribution channel with key retail clients all over Australia. The business continues to grow quickly and will double in size over the next three years. Rhonda is an astute business person in terms of finance and marketing but has no experience or interest in Information Technology.
