1. Workstation Setup

Students need to ensure that their work area meets workplace, ergonomic and work health and safety requirements. Students should refer to the Gelos Work Health and Safety (WHS) Procedure  Ergonomics, and set-up their workstation following these specifications.

Assessor to complete the checklist below to confirm students have adjusted their workstation to meet Gelos requirements.

For students completing this assessment online, please submit photographs as evidence that you have met the requirements when setting up an ergonomic workstation to meet Gelos requirements.

2. Role play

• Identify the purpose, audience and presentation requirements of the letter and the form.
• Identify the organisational requirements for the letter and the form.
• Match the requirements of both documents to the software functions you will use.
• Evaluate the complex technical functions used to produce the selective mail merge and the online form.
