Scenario
You are the Administrative Assistant at Amber Products. Robyn is a new employee who has been learning how to use the computer and the various pieces of business technology available to you at your company. With your experience at the company you have been assisting Robyn settle into the job.

Task 1
You have received the email on the following pagefrom Robyn asking for your help.
1. Reply to Robyn in a Word document, answering all her questions to the best of your ability and knowledge.
2. Save this document with the filename Task 1

Task 2
1. Create a new Word document.
2. Type the following text:
The psychology of colour is very important when you are designing a website. One colour may mean one thing to a group of people, but something entirely different to another group. For example, white signifies purity to western cultures but death to Chinese culture. 
Even the type of profession you belong to can influence your choice of colour but convey the wrong meaning to someone from another profession. Take, for example, a group of accountants choosing red to signify loss. To a group of medicos it would symbolise danger or emergency! 
3. Insert a clip art of your choice.
4. Save the document with the filename Task 2
Task 3

1. Open the Microsoft Word document called Task 3 Form. This file can be found on the OLS Assessment page for this unit.

2. Save this document on your computer.

3. Answer the questions by typing in the spaces provided or clicking the drop-down options.

4. Remember to save your work.
