NOTE: This meeting MUST be videoed (approximately 15 minutes) and submitted with your assessment (mp4.video). Your video must be accompanied by a consent form signed by all your participants and comply with the video requirements found here.
o    Take notes to submit as further evidence of your meeting,
o    Describe the meeting, and the questioning and active listening techniques you used to elicit the feedback.
NOTE: If you are using the case study (John Readings) and are unable to find someone to provide you with feedback on your professional competency, you can complete this part of the assessment with your assessor, who will assess you on the professional competencies you self-assessed against in question 1 (above).

•    What are your career aspirations?
•    How will you attain these career goals?
•    How do you seek feedback from your manager on your performance?
•    How do you seek feedback from colleagues and customers on your performance?
•    How can you use this feedback to assist you to develop your competence and improve your performance?
