You are required to follow the policy writing style of JKL Industries, you will then write notes to establish processes to address issues and resolve performance issues. Submit your final policy procedure document and notes to your Assessor for summative evidence. Activity 3. For this Activity, you will develop and conduct a PowerPoint presentation to support team at JKL Industries to: meet expected performance outcomes including providing formal and informal learning opportunities as needed, you will then develop performance plans with key performance indicators (KPIs), outputs and goals for individuals or the team which incorporate input from stakeholders (your Assessor will role-play stakeholder), Submit your finalised slides and performance plans to your Assessor for summative evidence
