1.Explain why you would need to visit the building site and verify the location, access to site, existing buildings on the site and neighbouring buildings, existing trees and contours.

6. Floor tiles – calculate the square metres required with an allowance of 10% extra for wastage and cost these at $50.00 + GST per square metre. 

7. Labour for laying. Subcontract cost to lay is $45.00 +GST per square metre.
