Goal
I’m serving as Services Solution Architect in assigned strategic opportunities and help customer adopt/start cloud, Cybersecurity and digital journey. Working with cross-functional domain specialists to define customer requirements, build solution with P/L, risk mitigation models, and overall solution approach and proposals. My Role is techno-commercials in Cloud and Data protection.
Responsibilities/D2D Operations.
Task1 – Building deep relationships with decision makers within customer accounts to enable them to be “Cloud advocates”. Producing solution models with components, costings, risk and mitigation factors that position Oman Data Park Cloud Services to win opportunities. Responsible to pass solution models and statements of work through assurance gating with Delivery (and extended functional teams where required).
Task2 – Working with product development team to evaluate new technologies and to provide as a service in local Market. Performing Performance bench mark, Vendor evaluation, Commercials bench mark and products & competitor swot analysis.
Task3 - Develop a network of strategic relationships with focus partners and become a trusted advisor for Oman Data Parks offerings and solutions. Collaborating with the Sales and Technical Delivery teams to bring our territory customers the best solutions from across the Oman Data Park solutions portfolio. Provide presales support to our partners including delivering webinars, demonstrations, and technical enablement for our offerings, e.g., on-site training. Support evaluations of our offerings, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.
Task4 - Assist in responding to partner inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs. Collaborating with the Engineering, Marketing, and other teams on information launches for our offerings. Initiating and supporting the development of repeatable partner (vertical) solutions.
Task5 – Analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines enterprise level solutions across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, security and service management to achieve business objectives and Helping customer to shielding their digital business by data protection with approach of Accountability, confidentiality, integrity , Availability and Assurance approach.
Areas to Improve –
Element 1 – in Current Organization there are silos and lack of automation between team and working on project, which help to track KPI and remove silos between internal teams (sales, engineering, marketing and cooperate team).
Element2- Enhancing Cyber Security Center gaps and uplifting to Preventive, Detective Service model to improve customer experience.
