They were close to 700 electronics engineers working in that division. The core team members were organized based on the company's business units namely Comfort, Thermal, Power and Vision. In order to support the core teams, the entity also had support functions comprising HR, finance, training, quality and purchase. As a team, they were responsible for ensuring that the salary of the employees was mapped against their timesheets and leave absences, payment to the suppliers and vendors on time, reporting to the management on the billability and ensuring expenses were within the budget.Paragraph

3. Seema was to coordinate with Rekha of the HR team to ensure that the timesheets were filled on time by the employees and leaves were applied against the approved categories. Rekha is very friendly and shares her everyday struggles and her personal life with Seema. Seema often believed she did it at the wrong time or in front of the wrong people. Rekha would also take Seema for granted and thus she had to be reminded multiple times to ensure that she has communicated and followed up with the employees to close the timesheets on time. Rekha disliked this aspect of her job. She was uncomfortable in telling people what to do and preferred to avoid it.
