Therefore, you have decided to make a smoothie, which is healthy, filling and made from organic and natural ingredients to shift people away from fast foods.- Formulate and recommend feasible strategies that will help your organisation gain market acceptance and sustainable returns. Your report should be organised as follows:
- a) Explain your objective (Your objective must be SMART); b) Describe and justify your target market; c) Explain your strategy by considering any of the 4Ps (or 7Ps).
- The chosen 4Ps strategy should be reflective of ONE of Porter’s generic strategy. In addressing this requirement, a background of Porter’s generic strategy should be explained.
- Under the strategy (4P/7P) explain and justify tactic(s) that will be employed. The tactic(s) you choose should be able to reach out to diverse cultures. Your explanation of the strategy should also include, amongst others, tactics that will give short payback periods on investment and sustainable returns within the New Zealand context; and
- d) Explain how your strategy in 1 (c) above will be implemented including resources and timeframe.
- Clearly discuss two (2) monitoring mechanisms that you will put in place to ensure that your strategies are a success.
